2025 is well underway, but we want to pause and thank you for giving, going, and praying with us in 2024!
Throughout 2024, Hope Force had multiple teams in the field responding to hurricanes, tornadoes, flooding, and bringing long-term care to damaged communities. Without your support, we couldn't have impacted the disaster survivors across four countries that we were able to!
In today's Hope in Action newsletter, we share more ways to get involved with Hope Force in 2025. Let's dive in!
While physical disaster relief work is crucial, emotional and spiritual care is just as important. Hope Force has a cadre of licensed Chaplains and Trained ESC Providers among our Reservists who offer emotional and spiritual care (ESC). As our teams muck out houses, repair roofs and rebuild homes, this team pays particular attention to the emotional and spiritual wellbeing of the survivor and volunteers that are serving.
Now is YOUR opportunity to become a Hope Force Emotional and Spiritual Care Provider — apply to join the team today!
Hope Force has been helping rebuild Seminole, Oklahoma since May 2022 when two tornadoes came through. Homes and hope have been restored as we've partnered with local churches and city officials to rebuild the town.
Last month, our Reservists went to Seminole to work on The First Assemblies of God Church — a partner who lets our teams stay in their Family Life Center while on deployment. The church has needed work done for several years which, thanks to some generous donations from local partners, Hope Force Seminole was able to tackle. We made some major updates to the Family Life Center bathrooms and two new water heaters that will serve the church for years to come. ❤️
This church has been such a blessing to Hope Force, and God has provided means to bless them back. If YOU would like to come to Seminole and experience this amazing community, please reach out to us at info@hopeforce.org or Brian.Wagner@hopeforce.org and put “I want info about Seminole” in the subject line. We look forward to seeing you! You can also support the Seminole Project by giving below.
Provision for our ongoing work in Seminole, OK as we strive to bless and help that community.
Hope Force Reservists helped a man repair his home in Barnardsville, NC after flooding from Hurricane Helene severely damaged it.
Generous donors allowed our Hope Force Haiti team to conduct a community food distribution! This event helped feed residents in an area devastated by gang violence and corruption.
PRAYER REQUESTS 🙏
Please pray for survivors of the recent California wildfires. Pray for peace, a united community, and wisdom for leaders as they rebuild.
Pray for wisdom for Hope Force throughout 2025, that our teams could respond swiftly and efficiently to disasters and continue bringing hope to survivors in need.
Continued prayers for our Hope Force Haiti team, that they would be safe and have open doors for ministry in a difficult country.
Together, let's make 2025 a year of world-changing and eternal impact. As always, we'd love for you to become a Hope Force Reservist and join a deployment this year. No matter what, we are so grateful for you!
With hope and gratitude,
-The Hope Force Team 💪
